Based on the unanimous decisions of the 2022 Congress, any member who, within the deadlines provided by the statute, submits his wish either at a meeting of the Central Committee or at the beginning – in this case – has the right to be a candidate for the position of party president – of the work of the Permanent Congress, the schedule of which was decided at the last meeting of the Central Committee.
A necessary condition for a nomination to be accepted is its support, at least from 10% of the members of the ​Central Committee.
