After the roll-call vote submitted by SYRIZA and KKE, the draft law was voted on the Authority with 158 votes “for” against 138 “against”
The draft law of the Ministry of Labor was voted by majority on the Authority, the articles and as a whole “to strengthen work – Incorporation of Directive (EU) 2019/1152 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 – Simplifying digital processes and strengthening the Labor Card – Upgrading the operational function of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Labor Inspectorate” as well as the ministerial amendment to unfreeze the three-year period and grant free medicines and medical examinations until March 31, 2014 to flood victims of Thessaly.

Also, the articles of the bill put forward by SYRIZA in the roll-call vote were voted as follows:
Article 9 concerning the possibility of “parallel work” was voted by majority, receiving 158 positive votes, against 108 “against” and 30 “present”.
Article 10 which concerns “Minimum predictability of work” and concerns the conditions under which the employee is obliged to accept employment by the employer, was voted by majority as it received 158 positive votes against 138 “against”.
Article 22 which establishes the modification of the procedures of “Registration of change of hours and overtime in the Information System “ERGANI II” by companies that have joined the digital work card” and the sanctions that a company will have if the work of an employee is not identified by the marking of the work card as amended by the Minister of Labour, was voted by 158 votes to 138 “against”
Article 25 concerning the “Operational coordination of the Labor Inspectorate for labor protection” was voted by majority, receiving 158 positive votes, against 108 “against” and 30 “present”
Article 26 with the arrangements for employment on the sixth day in enterprises that are not by nature continuous operation and apply a five-day weekly work system, was voted by a majority of 158 deputies against 108 who voted against it and 30 who were placed with the “present”
Article 31 for the “protection of the right to work” which concerns the criminal treatment of those who, during a strike, prevent the unhindered arrival or departure from the workplace of those who wish to work was voted by a majority of 158 deputies, 126 voted against it and 12 were placed with ” present”.
