Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis made a new lightning visit to Mytilini, returning from Bulgaria in order to support the candidacy of Alcibiades Stefanis for the North Aegean Region ahead of the second round of self-governing elections against Kostas Moutzouris.
A few minutes after 6 pm the Prime Minister arrived at the General Secretariat of the Aegean and Island Policy and made a speech in the courtyard, in the presence of executives and friends of the combination.
“Today I feel more justified than ever for this choice of mine. I came from the tripartite meeting in Bulgaria for a short stop to reiterate how important it is to continue today what we started yesterdaysaid the Prime Minister, among others.
“And because we have a good experience in winning elections, I am sure that this time we will be winners again”
He emphasized “Alkiviadis Stefanis is an extremely methodical, extremely organized person, he has a vision, he has passion and we need him in this difficult situation. We need a Regional Governor who speaks the same language in a sensitive region”.
