At least 300 people will be included in the Turkish president’s entourage Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the trip he will make to Athens, on December 7, for the meeting with the Prime Minister of Greece, Kyriakos Mitsotakis.
The diligence and size of the mission is a message to the Greek side about the importance given by Anchor in the talks with Greece and in the agreements that are expected to be signed, The presence of specific ministers in the Greek capital gives the impression of the scope of the discussions that will take place between the two sides.
As reported by the SKAI correspondent in Istanbul, Manolis Kostidisthe Turkish mission will include at least 9 top ministers with their secretaries and advisers, businessmen and journalists.
More specifically, it will be in Turkey’s mission to Athens Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, Interior Minister Ali Gerlikaya, Tourism and Culture Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek, Energy and Technology Minister Alparslan Bayraktar, Health Minister Fahrettin Kocia, Justice Minister Yilmaz Tunc, Education Minister Yusuf Tekin, the Minister of Environment and Climate Change Mehmet Ozhaseki.

There are two scenarios for the Turkish president’s schedule in Greece: In the first and most urgent, Recep Tayyip Erdogan will depart from Athens late in the evening of October 7. The second scenario, which is less likely, is that he leaves the next day in the morning.
