Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis had a meeting with the head of the British Labor Party, Keir Starmer, today, Monday.
During the meeting the importance of Greco-British relations was emphasizedwhile the need to promote cooperation between Greece, Britain and the EU countries was underlined.
The Prime Minister and the Labor leader they discussed Greece’s economic successes and infrastructure investmentsas Mr Starmer set out his plan to boost growth in the UK.
They still discussed about the importance of close cooperation on broader European security issues, migration and action for the Climate, as well as for the important cultural links between the two countries, including the great contribution of the Greek communities to British society.
Furthermore, they exchanged views on the situation in the Middle East and agreed on the importance of humanitarian pauses.
