The minister acknowledged that he should have reacted differently and made his resignation available to the prime minister.

According to information, when the prime minister was informed about the reports of the current mayor of Sparta, he called Mr. Libanos and asked him for explanations for the fact that he did not react, while this is such a dramatic event, as the deadly fires of Ilia.

During Mr. Libanos’s visit to Sparta, the blue mayor Petros Doukas stated before the minister:
