The foreign minister is in Riyadh today Thursday George Gerapetritis for a meeting with his Saudi counterpart, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud.
The discussions will focus on issues of bilateral political and economic relations, as well as on developments in the Middle East, according to a relevant announcement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Earlier today, Mr Gerapetritis met with the ambassador and officials of the Greek embassy in Riyadh, as well as officers of the Greek Saudi Arabian force.
He also had a meeting with the Secretary General of the Digital Cooperation Organization Deemah AlYahya, during which they discussed Greece’s accession to the Organization, according to a related post by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Twitter.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian Foreign Minister’s tour of Europe and tomorrow’s visit to Athens has been postponed for the time being, as the Palestinian Authority-Jordan-Egypt summit in Aqaba, Jordan has been extended.
