“I am voting according to my conscience and not by abstaining,” said the New Democracy member of Messinia

He expressed his intention to vote against the bill for the marriage of same-sex couples tomorrow night in plenary, ND MP, Miltos Chrysomallis.
“The great party of the ND has remained stable for 50 years because it has successfully integrated different ideas and views, because it has managed to successfully integrate different views because we all come from different political approaches – liberal, conservative, centrist, right-wing and we coexist for the many in which we agree, but also about the things we disagree on and our president and prime minister himself is the first to recognize all of them. THE SW it is a great popular party that expresses the concerns and expectations of all Greeks”, stressed the Messinia MP during his presentation, clarifying that the matter is important to him and he will vote against the bill.
“I am also voicing these concerns today with my negative vote on this specific bill. I vote by conscience and not by abstaining. I cannot imagine a society where father and mother are replaced by parent 1 and parent 2 and children are deprived of the benefits that father and mother together provide. And that for me is valuable. Because we have the responsibility to preserve what we inherited, to protect society and above all our children”, he pointed out.
