Presentation of the measures against the stingray by Kostas Skrekas

THE subject matter of the Council of Ministers is as follows:
The Minister of Development, Kostas Skrekas he will present the implementation of the anti-accuracy measures, but also the bill to improve the functioning of the market and boost growth.
The Minister of Defense, Nikos Dendias will present the bill on research, development and innovation in the Armed Forces, the modernization of the institutional framework of Higher Military Educational Institutions and the Establishment of a Joint Informatics Corps in the Armed Forces.
The Minister of Rural Development and Food Lefteris Avgenakis will present the bill for the Institutional framework for agricultural products and food with Protected Designations of Origin, Protected Geographical Indications, and Guaranteed Traditional Distinctive Products, but also the Auditing bodies and controls of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food.
The Minister of National Economy and Finance, Kostis Hatzidakis and the Deputy Minister, Haris Theocharis will present the legislative initiatives: a) Tax Procedure Code, b) Incorporation of Directive 2021/2118 on civil liability insurance arising from motor vehicle traffic and adaptation measures to Regulation 2022/858 on a pilot regime for infrastructures markets based on distributed ledger technology.
The Minister of Health,Adonis Georgiades will present the funding bill of the Ministry of Health.
The Minister of Development, Kostas Skrekas, will make a proposal regarding the amendment of the Act of the Council of Ministers for the establishment, formation and operation of the Government Committee for the development of the supply chain, as reported by government sources.
Late in the afternoon, specifically at 20:00, Kyriakos Mitsotakis will take part in the conference co-organized by Kathimerini, the Educational Foundation of the National Bank (MIET), the Delphi Economic Forum and the Hellenic Observatory of the London School of Economics on the topic of “Transcolonization. 50 years later.” The Prime Minister will have a discussion with the director of Kathimerini, Alexis Papachelas, and the Professor of Economic and Social History of the EKPA and director of the Educational Foundation of the National Bank, Kosta Kosti.
