His strategy ahead of the three-day battle in the Parliament, on the previously announced motion of no confidence against the government that they are expected to co-sign PASOK, SYRIZA, New Left and Freedom Sailing, constitutes the government staff. Shortly before the curtain of the pre-election period opens – and officially – in view of the European elections, the government, determined not to let any shadow wander and alter the pre-election climate, is called to fight one of the biggest and most important political battles within the parliament, against opposition for the tragic accident in Tempe, in the wake of the publication of “Vima tis Kyriaki” about the editing of the conversations of the fatal station master.

The thread of the top parliamentary process is expected to be cut today – after three in the afternoon when the work of the Plenary Session of the Parliament begins – with the filing of the motion of no confidence against the government, at the initiative of PASOK and the signed support of SYRIZA, the New Left and of Freedom Sailing, while although the KKE will not co-sign it, it is expected to support it during the parliamentary process.

According to information, government it is not expected to make use of the 48-hour margin given to it by the Rules of the House for starting the debate on the motion of no confidence, but with the data so far it is expected to request the immediate start of the procedures. A decision that will contribute to the non-parliamentary debate on the matter not intensifying, but institutionally and in the parliamentary contexts to be conducted in terms of “argument – counterargument” from the floor and the benches of the Parliament, culminating in the roll-call vote after three days, i.e. the Thursday.

The climate on the part of the government wing has already been outlined by the sharp tone of the government spokesman and other government officials, when the publication of the “editing” issue, using a stern tone and going on the counter-attack, against all those who adopted the complaints. According to well-informed government sources, his attitude Pavlos Marinakis it reflected the intention of the prime minister – who was away on an official visit to Canada – to leave no point and accusation unanswered, in a similar style. Driven by this, after all, the government representative lifted the glove and spoke directly about financial interests, accusing the president of PASOK, Nikos Androulakis, of adopting a publication before its reliability had even been evaluated, while there was talk of an anti-government campaign spearheaded by a national tragedy which is cynically exploited by the opposition in its attempt to destabilize itself or the country, as commented.

This is expected to be the climate that will prevail in Parliament during the three-day debate, with sharp tones and continuous confrontations, and the government going on the counter-attack, insisting that the instrumentalization of such a tragic event by the opposition, in coordination with financial interests, is aimed at the fall of the government and the destabilization of the country .

Instead, of course, the government side believes that the mud it receives for the tragic accident of Tempe , which is being investigated by the Justice and she will show the way of responsibilities and their performance, will work collectively at the base of the party, which collects the coordinated anti-government operation set up, by specific political and business actors. “This vulgar effort will fail. All the more so as all citizens now find that in this war of attrition of the elected government, organized financial interests are also taking part. Interests that want to make it hostage to their own designs. They are in vain. The country will not go back to times of uncertainty and blackmail by powerful interests and party expediencies. Welcome therefore Mr. Androulakis’s proposal if it is tabled. It is the best opportunity for the Greeks to find out who is drawn up with regularity, stability and continuity and who they want to undermine the country’s path towards progress”, Pavlos Marinakis pointed out.

Under these circumstances, it is speculated by government officials that the prime minister is not expected to turn the motion of no confidence into a motion of confidence in the government, as they believe that there is no question of a lack of confidence of the citizens towards the ND government, which was elected only a few months ago.
