“There should be transportation for trade, for health and for tourism,” said the president of SYRIZA
“From Kythnos and Syros to Paros, Naxos and Amorgos one is the common request of the residents that I single out: the interconnection of the islands of the Cyclades. There should be transportation for trade, for health and for tourism,” says Mr Stefanos Kasselakis in a post on social media.
THE president of SYRIZA-PS, who is on the third day of his naval tour and has been visiting the Cyclades for two days now, notes that this tour aims to “highlight the problems of our fellow citizens and the proposals of SYRIZA, the party that inspired and legislated the metaphorical equivalent” . He notes that “for us, the institution of barren lines to connect the islands of the Cyclades with discounts for permanent residents, with special care for the winter months, is necessary”. He adds that “a modern European state cannot leave the islanders isolated” and emphasizes: “It goes without saying: investing in insularity will bring development and help the necessary decentralization of our country.”
