Giorgos Avtias returned to his old haunts, on SKAI, today, as a guest as a ND MEP candidate on “Simera”.

His fellow journalists welcomed him warmly and the conversation began casually, about sports. “Olympiakos and Panathinaikos honored the homeland, guys” said Giorgos Autias.
He also mentioned, “because I traveled all over Greece, what I understood is the following: We owe what we are to the world”.

When asked by Akis Pavlopoulos, “how did he say that the budget is not coming out – pay the 24% VAT, while all his life he was fighting for the pocket of the small and medium-sized person from his show”, Giorgos Autias asked rhetorically:

“Because finances are difficult – and when internationally the VAT reduction recipes have led to Kaiada – what are we going to do?”.

He then referred to the challenges that the country will face in the next 5 years in foreign and defense policy, which will be “5 years of assertion”.

“Accuracy is a real issue, anyone who denies it or hides behind their finger or doesn’t know what is happening to them. I am asking for the vote of the Greek people so that I can investigate from Brussels what is happening with the multinationals and claim (reductions in prices)” said Giorgos Auttias.

“If some people want to return the country to the memorandums, the road will be blocked by the Greek people,” emphasized the ND MEP candidate.

“I’m not going for first place, I’m asking for one of the 4 votes for Brussels. That’s where the battle of battles will take place, that’s where the national jersey is,” said Mr. Autias.
