The president of SYRIZA had previously announced that he was going to announce his resignation today.

“At first I didn’t have much and then I had everything”

“The great truths are primarily about me. I will go to the polls with all my truth. An image of me was created that is not the real me. ND presented to me an image of a man who never got tired. But I also contributed to this picture because of inexperience and the different performances I had. In America you can show your houses. My life, however, is full of cracks. I was not born rich,” said Mr. Kasselakis.

Afterwards, he added that “At first I didn’t have much and then I had everything. At 14 I left my family and my place to go to America. So I went and gave my fight, entered one of the best universities with my sword and worked in the most competitive market. I earned both my wages and my bonuses on my own merit.”

“And my last dollar is taxed because in America you don’t play with the tax authorities. There the authorities are relentless. They persistently ask me to submit why I was not in Greece while the system does not work for them. That is why I am presenting my financial situation here in front of you. The figures for all of 2023, I kid you not,” Mr Kasselakis said, adding that “the assets are both me and Tyler getting ready to hit him”.
