Yiannis Loverdos criticized ND MPs and ministers for last Sunday’s election result, with the ND MP speaking today on the show “Morning Overview” on the Parliament channel, talking about “people who rode the rod”.

“Unfortunately, the 41% created arrogance, not in Mitsotakis himself, but in many in the ND. These people rode the channel. They will easily or with difficulty get off the ground”, said the member of parliament of the western sector of Athens, with him even speaking of tins among the 158 members of the ND and also of Galato (this is the first name of Ms. Alexandraki – newly elected MEP of the Hellenic Lysis): “There are tins among the 158, as in everything, there are also Galatos among the 158, but in the great majority of them the ND MPs are invaluable.”

However, the MP then tried to justify his statement, adding: “Aren’t there tins in Greek society? In all parliamentary groups there are good and bad and mediocre, how to do it. But the K.O of the ND mainly has very valuable colleagues”.

“I am fiercely against extra-parliamentary ministers” concluded the ND deputy, underlining that “they could not get out with the vote, they became ministers and then went to the regions to get out deputies with the office of minister. I consider this unethical.”
