Who is Zoe Rapti?

Zoi Rapti, Lawyer, LL.M., is Member of Parliament for the 2nd District of Athens in the Northern Sector with New Democracy. He was born in Athens and lives in the Municipality of Filothei – Psychikou.

Until today, he served as a parliamentary representative of the ND, while from August 2020 to April 2023 he served as Deputy Minister of Health with responsibilities for Mental Health and Addictions.

He is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Athens, with postgraduate studies in International Commercial Law with distinction Master of Laws (LLM with honors) in International Commercial Law at the University of Kent at Canterbury, Great Britain.

He is a lawyer at the Council of State specializing in matters of environmental law and spatial planning. He has successfully handled important cases for the rescue of common areas in many areas in our country, including the reforested area of ​​Turkovounia in Psychiko.

In addition, he has been Secretary General of the “Konstantinos Karamanlis” Democracy Institute (2010-2015). She was a candidate in the European elections with the New Democracy in 2014 and in the Parliamentary Elections in the 2nd District of Athens in 2015. From 2016 until today she is the Secretary of Society-Party Relations and a member of the Health and Labor and Social Solidarity Sectors of the New Democracy.

He has a sixteen-year tenure in Local Government and has served as Deputy Mayor and President of the Municipal Council of the Municipality of Psychiko (1998-2014) as well as an elected representative in the Central Union of Municipalities of Greece (KEDE).
