About 7 in 10 face serious difficulties to get through the month on the income they have, according to the Pulse poll for SKAI
By Antonis Anzoletou
The government has closed a year in power, the European elections showed a fatigue of the world and the Kyriakos Mitsotakis it is obvious that he is trying to fight the battle of everyday life. The Pulse poll on behalf of SKAI leaves no room for doubt as to where the New Republic next time. When asked which issue worries you the most, 34.5% of citizens answered accuracy, 18% their income and expenses and 15% overall the economy.
Epimythium? About 7 out of 10 face serious difficulties to get through the month from his income. The percentage is large and apparently includes a large part of the middle class. The “key” is once again in the economy. To change the poll picture, the government will have to convince that it can effectively intervene both in raising wages and in de-escalating inflation. OR opposition it must fulfill its institutional role and present realistic proposals beyond sterile criticism. Circumstances do not favor him at this time either SYRIZA neither does PASOK.
In vote estimation with a distribution scenario of undecideds, the blue faction seems to rise a little in relation to the European elections and reach 30%. At this rate, however, self-reliance seems like an elusive dream. There is a long time until the 2027 elections for the government to recover and this time is Kyriakos Mitsotakis’s ally.
He is also helped by the fact that he is still not threatened by second and third. The turmoil in which SYRIZA finds itself seems to consolidate it behind PASOK. With a percentage of 12.5% compared to 16% of the party of Nikos Androulakis, Koumoundourou is constantly losing ground. His choice Stefanou Kasselakis not to follow the example of the president of PASOK and to proceed alone in the elections has caused an image of dissolution. As long as it is imprinted in the world’s consciousness that SYRIZA is among the “types” only the official opposition of the country, this is difficult to change. The problem with SYRIZA is that it does not seem to have any potential for recovery no matter who is elected. There have also been measurements that rank him even lower.
In the Pulse survey, 62% of voters evaluate negatively what was done in the Central Committee of SYRIZA with the motion to censure Stefanos Kasselakis. A general distaste for the image that Koumoundourou projects or a wave of sympathy for the former president of SYRIZA? What is certain is that the world does not see an official opposition that is able to enter the orbit of power, while at the same time a large part of the citizens who trust SYRIZA belong to the “Kasselaki camp”.
The choice of the head of Harilaou Trikoupis to lead his party in elections has worked for him, as the increase in investigations seems to help him in the internal party field as well. Nevertheless, according to Pulse, the “derby” is open. It may be that Nikos Androulakis has a lead in all the commons, nevertheless there are cases where he feels the breath of Anna Diamantopoulos and Haris Doukas. What emerges clearly is that PASOK’s presidential candidates have different characteristics and do not address the same audience. Left, centrist, center-right and more right-wing voters are a heterogeneous body. Therefore, the recommendation of those who will come to the polls in 16 days will decide the final result in Harilaou Trikoupi.
