Detailed instructions

A. The vote for the election of the President of PASOK-Change Movement in Greece will last from 07:00 am to 19:00 pm. For the polling stations of Apodimos, the hours set by the 2nd circular for Apodimos will apply, as they worked in the first round.

B. Only those who voted in the first round have the right to vote of October 6, 2024.

For their identification, it is necessary to show the electoral committee a police ID or a passport or a new type of driver’s license. Their search will be made from the voter register and not from the national electoral roll, as was done in the first round. Therefore, AMKA is not required for 16-year-old voters and foreigners, as the national electoral roll will not be searched, as in the first round, but only their identification document.

In the event that a voter comes to vote and is not found in the electoral roll of the tablet, the President of the Electoral Committee must immediately call the call center of PASOK-Movement for Change (210-3665000) or EDEKAP’s telephone numbers (210 3665374-475- 476), so that EDEKAP can look for him in the electoral roll and, once found, certify him as a voter and exercise his right to vote.

C. No consideration is paid for the second round.

D. For the second round, applications for new members are not completedas the procedure is carried out from the closed register of voters of the first round of October 6.

E. Voters may vote at any polling station of Chora or Apodimos, regardless of the electoral division they voted in the first round.

F. New stamps with new numbering have been issued for the second round which will be sent with the election materials and therefore the stamp used by each polling station in the first round must be withdrawn and replaced by the new one. Using the old stamp will invalidate the result.

H. It should be noted that the symbols + (cross) or x (chi) or n (tick) are accepted, whether placed to the right or to the left of the name. The second round ballot does not include a box to the left of the candidates’ names.

I. The Polling Station Managers should deliver the election materials to the election commissions on Sunday morning before the start of the election process. Until then, they are responsible for its safekeeping so that no envelopes or ballots are distributed before election day.

I. In the event of a delay in the tablet system or a technical problem, the electoral process is stopped on the spotthe ballot box is sealed under the responsibility of the electoral committee and EDEKAP is informed.

It goes without saying that, in this case, names are not marked in the voter status, since it will not be possible to authenticate the voters via tablet.

The election process starts again as soon as the tablet is restored.
