Aphrodite Latinopoulou responded with a video to the complaint of Constantinos Bogdanos that he used signatures of non-existent persons in order to collect the 200 required to be deposited in the Areopagus to legitimize the establishment of her party.

Ms. Latinopoulou states that “the 8% hurt a lot and many people” – referring to the percentage recorded by her party in a poll. She characterizes as unfounded the complaints of Bogdanou, whom she identifies with Kyriakos Velopoulos, saying that they use the same lawyer and that this is the second time they are trying to take away her seat in the European Parliament.

The president of the Voice of Reason invites Konstantinos Bogdanos to prove his allegations before the Court.

Commenting on what the head of the Voice of Reason said, Mr. Bogdanos reported the following in X:

Note the following steps:

1. He will deny it
2. When the complaint is confirmed, she will pretend to be surprised
3. He will tear her garments that was done in her absence
4. He will accuse and hound others

But nothing will remove its effects and responsibilities.

We’re counting down.

The complaint

Earlier, the journalist and former member of parliament, Konstantinos Bogdanos, with lawyer the criminologist Theodoros Mandas, filed a complaint for forgery in the founding declaration of Aphrodite Latinopoulou’s party, submitting a petition to the Supreme Court with a request for an investigation into the authenticity of the signatures.

Mr. Bogdanos stated that two former officials of Ms. Latinopoulou’s party have revealed evidence that raises serious questions. These two persons played a decisive role in the establishment of the Latinopoulos party and, according to their claims, brought to light the forged signatures, which do not correspond to real persons.

The report includes affidavits and specific information made available to the Court, with the complainants pointing out that they have in their hands a copy of the list of 200 signatures submitted to the Supreme Court when the “PATRIDA” party was founded.

According to the law, a minimum of 200 signatures are required to establish a party, however, as the complainants claim, the names and identities provided are not real.
