Reportedly, relatives of the victims of the Railway accident in Tempe sent a request to Parliament Speaker Nikita Kaklamanis to find out about the course of the files that have been forwarded to parliament.
Relatives ask the following questions:
- What exactly was transmitted and registered to the Greek Parliament as incoming each by the Crime of Tempi Crime lawsuits/Crushes/Messenger Reports/Certificates, which were forwarded by the Public Prosecutor’s/Investigative Authorities and the Minister of Justice or any other authority in Article 86 in Article 86 Constitution?
- Which Public Prosecutor’s Office or Judicial Authority forwarded primary each of the above under the number 1. When did each of them forward to the Supreme Court, when did the Supreme Court subsequently forward to the Minister of Justice and when exactly the Minister of Justice forwarded each of them to the Greek Parliament?
- What is the exact course of each of the above under the number 1. Are they pending today?
