“The challenge to the institution of justice began with the statements of Mr. Mitsotakis himself, who directly questioned justice itself.”the president of the Greek solution told, commenting on the prime minister’s interview with the Kathimerini newspaper.

Kyriakos Velopoulos argued that “If the prime minister really respected the institutions, Mr Tasoula’s involvement in investigating the Crime of Tempi with the case files in Parliament would be the most important argument so as not to be nominated for the President of the Republic.”

According to Mr. Velopoulos “The prime minister does not realize that institutions are never disputed if they operate away from the parties and, in particular, in relation to the public about the law. But because Mr Mitsotakis is prime minister, he thinks he is so powerful that he can impose any anti -inflammatory decision or personal choice on the Greek people thereby violating the very functioning of democracy. “
