The PASOK MP asked a timely question to the Minister of Justice in view of the commencement of the work of the pre -trial committee
In view of the commencement of the work of the pre-trial committee voted last week in Parliament, the Northern MP of PASOK Change, Milena Apostolakiasked a timely question to the Minister of Justice.
During his post in the debate of PASOK’s request for the establishment of a pre -trial committee, H. Triantopoulos said that “any important decisions, such as the end of the search for human relics and the transfer of everything to Koulouri, were under his oral approval”.
The PASOK MP asks if there was an oral approval by the investigator for the actions that led to the alteration of the Tempe accident.
Milena Apostolakis points out that the transfer of critical data to the site of “Koulouri” took place after 3/3/2023, when the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Larissa, the competent regular investigator was already competent and while 2/3/23 had been prosecuted.
Consequently, from this time of March 2, 2023, and then, any intervention in the accident had to be coordinated with the Public Prosecutor’s Office, with their presence and in any case with their official approval.
Given that any investigative act must be made in writing and reporting a report, Milena Apostolakis asks the Minister of Justice if oral approval was given by the Larissa Public Prosecutor and the regular investigator for the transfer of critical information to the “Koulouri” area.
