Hungary Prime Minister Victor Orban did not sign the common text – “At this time there are no real negotiations …”
The morning meeting of the European Council, which began with an exchange of views with the President of the European Parliament, was completed and continued with a discussion on the issue of Ukraine.
Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski of Norway where he is currently informed, informed European leaders, via teleconference, about the latest developments on the ground and recent Russian attacks.
