Absolutely unfounded is the Supreme Court, the reports of the non -response of the Supreme Court’s prosecutor’s request at the request of the Ministry of Citizen Protection to grant permission to disclose the names of “the 90 stations that have been sealed like 224”.

In particular, the spokesman for the Supreme Court Public Prosecutor’s Office, Konstantinos Tzavellas, said in a statement that “The Prosecutor of the Supreme Court has no jurisdiction to provide a license to disclose the above sensitive personal data, nor has he ever submitted such a request by the Ministry of Citizen Protection.“

Specifically, the announcement of the Supreme Court’s spokesman is as follows:

“Recent reports, in particular of the electronic press, refer to allegedly non -response and oligarchy of the Supreme Court prosecutor, to the request of the Ministry of Citizen Protection to the granting of permission to disclose the names of the 90 stations of the 90 stations that have been sealing as well.
