Matthew Boyle, Head of Washington Office of Breitbart News, was not particularly well known two days ago. However, the interview he took from the Greek Prime Minister brought him to the forefront of Greek news.

Kyriakos Mitsotakis’ statements to Boyle that Europe and Trump can achieve a “win-win” trade agreement have arrived at the White House and raised a question to the US president who responded (for the Greek Prime Minister): “I know him, he’s a good man. I appreciate his comments. Yes, there can be an agreement with each of them. There will be fair agreements with everyone.”

Korina Georgiou talked to Matthew Boyle on the sidelines of the Delphi Economic Forum.

The American journalist, who, as he says, knows US President Trump very well, speaking to Korina Georgiou stressed that there are strong ties between Athens and Washington, while describing Greece as a gateway to Europe, pointing out that our country is extremely important because of its geopolis.

Referring to the US president, he noted that he is the “absolute negotiator”, who is trying to combat China’s “predatory practices”. Thus, it predicts that on the front of the US duties, the US will agree with the EU, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, etc. Indeed, as people say, it will support the US, that is, democracy, freedom and human rights and not the Communists.

Regarding Trump-Erdogan’s relations, he notes that the US president will not run in the arms of his Turkish counterpart, while questioning that Turkey will reintroduce the F-35 program.
