Egypt is expected to go to a technical step and – if then a higher representation is needed – then it will be at a ministerial level.
As Kathimerini writes, Athens will seek to ensure a result that will be as close as possible to the original agreement, without disturbing the highest geopolitical alliance with Egypt.
