The case was forwarded to the OPECEPE case by the Ministry of Justice. This is the dossier of the European Prosecutor’s investigation into the illegal subsidies of the Ministry of Rural Development Organization that “stumbled” to politicians and was forwarded to Greek justice and from there he took the road to Parliament.

Reportedly, the case file includes names of both New Democracy and SYRIZA and PASOK.

The case file was forwarded to the House in a written form (three double -handed envelopes), with its volume estimated at about 3,000 pages. It is expected to be announced in plenary today in order to make MPs accessible.

From tomorrow morning at 9pm, MPs will have access to the case file for OPEKEPE, which will be available in three copies – in the first phase – in Room 168 “Pavlos Bakoyannis”,

It is recalled that the case file has access to all Members who can study the documents and take notes, but not get a photocopy of the case file.

Following the study of the case file, the government and the opposition are expected to open their papers, with the opposition party seeking to investigate to the end, predicting the submission of a pre -trial or investigation committee.
