O Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis had a telephone contact with the United States Foreign Minister Mark Rubio. During the communication, the excellent level of Greek -American relations was discussed, reinforced by the development of American investment in Greece, as well as the mutual will to further enhance relationships both bilaterally and multi -faceted through schemes such as “3+1” with the participation of Cyprus and Israel.

They also exchanged views on the situation in Libya. The need to reinforce the political process that would lead the country to free elections and relieves it of foreign presence and influences, the obligation to respect international law in relation to the demarcation of maritime zones and the need to control illegal migratory flows.
