The Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Christos Dimas said: “The reform introduced by the draft law is one of the seven pillars of the action plan approved by European agencies (DG Move, EASA and Eurocontrol) and we have been implementing in recent months, with the aim of upgrading and modernizing our service services. It is an initiative that focuses on institutional reform, economic autonomy, boosting human resources and technological upgrading to make the service more effective.

This will also contribute to the better management of all issues related to further enhancing flight security. We strive for the Greek air navigation more powerful against the great challenges that the future brings to the dynamic air transport sector, without affecting the acquis of its staff, which, today, is essentially supplemented, with recruitment in critical field specialties, such as land auditors.
