“We are in the hot introductory episode of a war that can be described as World War II and which we hope will soon turn into a Cold War”: with these words, Evangelos Venizelos expressed his concern about the world situation, speaking on the new political show of ERT, “In the Center”.

Asked about the upcoming visit of Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis to the United States, he first said that his speech in Congress was an “important event”, while the invitation in general, “signals the fact that the United States welcomes Greece as a good, effective and not an ambivalent Western ally “.
