Arsenal’s first offer to Rafinha was rejected by Leeds United, but Wing preferred to go to Chelsea.

But Barcelona, Chelsea and Tottenham are also interested in the 25-year-old, so Arsenal face fierce competition.
According to Athletics, Arsenal have made an official offer to Rafinha, but it is far below his reputation, so the offer must be rejected by Leeds.
The report also states that Brazilians support a move to Chelsea if he decides to stay in the Premier League.
Rafinha’s overall advantage is in Barcelona, but despite the fact that they have already agreed personal terms, the Spanish clubs are financially limited and are trying to drop players in the first place.
Rafinha, who joined Rennes’ 17m contract lead in 2020, still has two years left on his current contract.
