Lewis Hamilton describes the Formula 1 We Race As One initiative, created to promote diversity and inclusion and combat discrimination, as a “simple word”.
This comes after reports of racism, homosexuality and misogyny from fans at the Austrian Grand Prix last week.
On Sunday morning, F1 issued the following statement: “This type of behavior is unacceptable and unacceptable.

But Hamilton, who was “sick and disappointed” with the press, believes sports didn’t really act on the issue long ago.
