Kalidou Koulibaly arrives at Chelsea from Napoli on a €40m contract.
The arrival of the central defenders is a great boost for Thomas Tuchel after the departure of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen.
Senegalese captain Kalidou Koulibaly, 31, spent eight seasons at Napoli, played 317 games and was nominated four times for the Serie A team of the season.
Just as Raheem Sterling signed the deal to bring him to Stamford Bridge, new owner Todd Boehly has played a key role in Koulibaly’s transfer and is pleased with the club’s latest additions. ..

Couribury, meanwhile, connects with two familiar faces at Stamford Bridge: former Napoli team-mate Giorginho and compatriot Edouard Mendy.
And Senegal International revealed that after spending eight years in Serie A, he sought their advice before deciding to make the leap to the Premier League.
“I am very happy to be at Chelsea with this team,” said Couribury.
“It is a big team in the world and playing in the Premier League has always been my dream. Chelsea arrived for the first time in 2016, but we didn’t make it.
“When they came to me, they really wanted me to play for them in the Premier League, so I accepted.
“When I spoke with my best friends, Edu and Giorginho, they made it easy for me to choose, so I am very happy to be with you today.
“I’ve seen so many fans in London and I’m glad everyone on the plane welcomed me here, so I’d like to thank them.
“So I want to thank them. I hope the season is really good and gives the fans a good time.”
