With the international center signing a one-year cooperation contract with the “clover” and being the latest transfer acquisition of Dimitris Andreopoulos’ team.

“The Panathinaikos Athletic Club announces the start of its collaboration with center George Petraeus for the 2022-2023 competitive season for the men’s volleyball division.
The experienced central (19/11/1986, 2.01) returns to the “cloverleaf” after 12 years (season 2010-11) and is expected to significantly strengthen the team in achieving its domestic and European goals.
The international central has written his own history in the net with a great career in Greece and Europe and with many participations with the National team.
In a statement to pao1908.com he said: “It’s a new challenge in my career, I’m happy to work again with so many familiar faces, coach Andreopoulos, Sotiris and of course Roulis.
