The Appeals Committee of the Hellenic Football Federation at its last meeting took the following decision.
Formally and partially accepts the adjudicated appeal, regarding the imposition on the first appellant PAE under the name APS Atromitos Athens 1923 of the fine of five thousand (5,000.00) euros for the fifth act and the second appellant Ioannis Angelopoulos of the fine of five thousand (5,000.00) euros and the ban on entering the field and locker rooms for fifteen (15) days for the same act.
– Reforms the sub-no. 191/2021 decision of the Primary Single Member Disciplinary Body of Super League 1.
– Exempts the PAE APS Atromitos Athens 1923 from the imposed fine of five thousand (5,000.00) euros for the fifth act and Ioannis Angelopoulos from the imposed fine of five thousand (5,000.00) euros and the ban on entering the competition space and locker rooms for fifteen (15) days for the same operation.
Dismisses the remainder of the appeal.
