The World Rowing Championships in the Czech Republic, the sport’s last major event of 2023, will see Tokyo ‘gold’ medalist and European ‘silver’ champion Stefanos Duskos competing in the heavy sculls, European ‘gold’ champion in weightlifting skiff, Antonis Papakonstantinou, the “silver” European champion in the same event, Zoe Fitsiou, as well as Milena Kontou (“gold” in the European K23) and Evangelia Anastasiadou (“gold” in the World K23, “silver” in the Women’s European and “silver” in the European U23).
