Pep Guardiola has signed a two-year contract extension with Manchester City that will keep him in the Premier League until 2025. The club announced the deal this Wednesday (23).
His contract was due to expire at the end of this season, but Guardiola has decided to continue his work in the north of England.
The Spanish coach, considered one of the best in the world, has won four league titles, four League Cups and FA Cups with the club since taking charge in 2016.
Multi-champion, with a historic passage through Barcelona in the early 2010s, he seeks the Champions League title for the Manchester club.
City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak said he was “happy that Pep’s journey with Manchester City will continue”.
