“We knew the importance of this game to give this classification now, so that we can also comfort the heart of Danilo and Neymar, who can focus on recovery and come back well”, said the defender.
“Of course, it was very sad to lose two injured players in the first match, but our group is very strong, we mentally managed to get back on top.”
For the captain of the national team and the oldest Brazilian to play in a World Cup, the team deserved the result for having had the necessary patience to find spaces in the Swiss defense.
