Opponents in the final of the World Cup in Qatar, this Sunday (18), Argentina and France have faced each other 12 times since 1930, with 6 wins by the South Americans, 3 by the Europeans and 3 draws.

Three of these clashes took place in World Cups, the last being in the round of 16 of the Russian tournament in 2018. The Bleus (Blues), on their way to the second world championship, won by 4 to 3.
