Chelsea standing in “Anfield”!

by

Chelsea of… steel at Anfield. Graham Potter’s team withstood their pressure Liverpool and even though he had a disallowed goal in the 3rd minute with Havertz managed to get away with it 0-0 and to remain at 29 points with the “reds” after 21 games in Premier League.

The Londoners were excellent tactically and were virtually not threatened by Klopp’s team with the exception of Alexander-Arnold’s great chance in the 83rd minute.

Mikailo Mudric made his Chelsea debut and almost became a “golden” scorer just nine minutes after entering the field.

To them 29 degrees both teams with Jurgen Klopp counting 19 matches in contrast to the “blues” who have one more.

In purely competitive terms, it was Chelsea who entered the match better, missing their biggest chance of the match. THE Thiago Silva came close to the goal after a corner with Havertz to take the rebound and score, as the German’s goal was disallowed for offside after a check on VAR.

Liverpool leveled the game, moving the ball into the center area and in the 6th minute, Salah with a beautiful pass found the Gakpo who sent the ball over the posts with a shot.

The pace dropped noticeably with her Chelsea to be the one who searched the corridors. In the 32nd Alison made the biggest intervention of the derby when Badiasil got a terrific header. This was also the last notable moment in the first half with the referee of the match Michael Oliverto send the teams to the locker room without a score.

In the replay the scene was different as the Liverpool, chased the goal more. In the 49th Nabi Keitasaw Badiasil put a “stop” on a shot with good claims, while in the 60′ Žižek he made a great effort but shot the ball over Alisson’s posts.

In the 64th minute Mikael Mundrick threatened Liverpool’s goal just nine minutes after entering the field. Excellent energy and shot from the Ukrainian, with the ball not doing him any favors and going out.

From that point on the whole of it Graham Potter equalized and in the 83rd minute missed the great opportunity to “steal” the match. Jones and Alexander-Arnold combined with the talented right-back shooting into the area and the ball flying over the posts.

Until the end of the match, nothing changed and Chelsea managed to leave Anfield with the point of a draw, remaining level with Liverpool in the 29 pointshaving however one more match.
