PAOK, and the women’s volleyball department, announce the start of cooperation with the coach, Marco Fenoglio, for the 2021-2022 season.
Born on 16/03/1970 in Italy, Marco Fenoglio is an experienced coach with many distinctions in his record.
He started his career as a Head Coach from Bergamo in 2005, remaining there until 2007. In the 2005-06 season he won the double in Italy, while the following season he reached the top of European volleyball, winning the CEV Champions League.
Continuing in the Italian championship from 2007 to 2010, he also joined a national team, Slovakia, in which he was the assistant coach in the men’s team.
The next challenge of his career, and the first outside Italy, came in the 2014-2015 season, being in the technical team of Germany, VfB Friedrichshafen, as an assistant, with which he reached the conquest of the double.
Next stop in his career was the Italian, Novara, with which he won the Italian women’s championship in the 2016-2017 season.
His return to the bench of the National Team was marked in 2018, as the first coach in the women’s team of Slovakia.
Last season she was on the bench of the Italian, UYBA, with which she reached the final of the Women’s CEV Champions League.
