According to the organization, Rodrigo Lasmar, doctor of the Brazilian team, was informed about the athlete’s injury on Thursday (4).
With Vinicius Junior, Brazil will face Colombia on the 11th, at Neo QuÃmica Arena, in São Paulo. Four days later, he will visit Argentina, in San Juan.
The Brazilian team may guarantee qualification for the World Cup in Qatar, in 2022, in the next game. For that, they will have to beat Colombia and hope that Uruguay doesn’t defeat Argentina in Montevideo.
The team will start the next round in the lead of the Qualifiers, with 31 points. They are six ahead of Argentina, in second place. The two teams have one game in hand (11) in relation to the other teams because of the confrontation interrupted on September 5th.
