For the relationship and love he has in Cameroon from an early age, her central defender spoke AEK, Arnold Mukudi.

In an interview he gave to French media, he explained that although he competed in all the small age categories of the French national team, the number one thing in his mind was to compete in the Cameroon men’s national team. This desire arose from the fact that he watched with his father, many videos of historical moments of Cameroon in World Cup of 1990.

I watched a lot of videos with my father, such as the 1990 World Cup. Players like Roger Milla, Stephen Tatau, Francois Omme-Bigig or Thomas Enkono, but also the history of Cameroon in football have marked me in part“, initially stated Arnold Mukudi.

He then mentioned the 2003 Confederations Cup which was the first tournament he attended at the age of 5: “I remember the Confederations Cup in 2003. I was lucky enough to watch all but the semi-finals. That was the day Marc Vivien Foe died on the pitch, sadly. I was still very young but I already had the desire to defend my nation and give everything for this country because of the passion for football in Cameroon“, were the words of her ace AEK.
