THE PAOK is tested tomorrow (05/04, 21:00) at “G. Karaiskakis” against Olympiakos for the 3rd matchday of the Stoiximan Super League playoffs, in a very crucial match for both teams, in their efforts to fight for the title.
On Tuesday night (04/05), Mr Ivan Savvidisspoke to the club’s players, giving it slogan for the sequel but also for tomorrow’s derby.
The strongman of the “Two-Headed North”, initially told the Lucesco players that they should forget the defeat from AEK (0-1) and turn him around “switch”, as the big teams do.
Ivan Savvidis’ message in detail:
“First of all, forget that it happened on Sunday. We lost a game where we weren’t worse, but there’s no reason to stop there. Great are the teams that flip the switch.
We’re at a point though where every mistake costs money, so I want to see in you the confidence and self-assurance you’ve had so far, even in difficult times.
We have nothing to lose, that’s our advantage. We play for ourselves, our dignity, our honor and that of PAOK, every game as if it were a final.
