Rokaki’s appeal was rejected – Martsoukos is officially the president of Super League 2

Vindication for Petros Martsoukos also by the arbitration court of the EPO!

As it has become known, Petros Martsoukos will remain president of the league as his appeal Antonis Rokakis against the election was rejected by the arbitral tribunal.

The major shareholder of Chania, we remind you that he had openly questioned his defeat in the elections, asking for their result to be annulled.

So almost three weeks after the hearing of the appeal the court decided to reject Rokakis’ request by votes 4-1.

The decision of the EPO Arbitration Court:

Rejects by a majority the application of: a) Antonio Rokakis and b) PAE Chania from 9/3/2023 against Super League 2 and against the decisions of the Electoral Committee of Super League 2 from 8/3/2023.

Unanimously rejects the 13/3/2023 application – appeal of: a) Antonio Rokakis and b) PAE Chania, against Super League 2, against the 6/3/2023 decision declaring him as a candidate for the position of the President of the Board of Directors and Petros Marchoukos and against the decisions of the Electoral Committee of Super League 2 from 8/3/2023.

It unanimously accepts the additional intervention of Petros Marchoukos from 20/3/2023 in favor of Super League 2 and against: a) Antonio Rokakis and b) PAE Chania.
