A match-thriller for a place in the play-offs took place early in the morning in Los Angeles, where the Lakers finally managed to beat the Timberwolves 108-102 and get to the next round of the knockouts where they will face the Grizzlies.
LA returned to the match from -13 against Minnesota, which will have a second chance with the winner of the Pelicans-Thunder pair and Nikola Jokic’s Nuggets are waiting for them in the background.
The game had tremendous emotions and the home team seemed to have embraced the victory after the comeback they made, when Schroeder’s three-pointer gave them a 98-95 lead with 1.4″ left in the final game.
