“Regarding the declared ignorance of the EPO, in today’s announcement, regarding its unpaid debts arising from the holding of the 2022 Final Cup, we inform you of what we have demanded from the Football Federation through successive written and verbal complaints:

According to the Damage Protocol signed between us (from the jointly established Committee), the total of recorded damages and the relative budget for their restoration exceeded €120,000, of which €46,316.50 including VAT is still due.

Until now, we have expected the EPO, according to its words, to find a way to pay this amount directly to the contractors who performed or would perform the remaining works to restore the damages to OAKA, which has not happened to date”.
