“The EPO Football Court of Arbitration made the following decisions during its last meeting.
-Accepts the petition of football player Dimitrios Politis against PAE Anagennisi Karditsa. It activates against PAE the penalty imposed by decision No. 53/2023 of this Court of the deduction of 3 points, until the full and complete payment of the applicant footballer, within a period of 5 working days from the day after the notification of this.
-Accepts the petition of football player Dimitrios Koutromanos against PAE Anagennisi Karditsa. It imposes on the PAE until full and complete payment of the applicant footballer, the penalty of deducting 3 points from the scoreboard of the league he is competing in, within a period of 5 working days from the day after the notification of this.
-Accepts the petition of football player Konstantinos Plegas against PAE Anagennisi Karditsa. It activates against PAE the penalty imposed by decision No. 68/2023 of this Court of the deduction of 3 points, until the full and complete payment of the applicant footballer, within a period of 5 working days from the day after the notification of this.
-Accepts the petition of football player Spyridon Gougudis against PAE Anagennisi Karditsa. It activates against PAE the penalty imposed by decision No. 70/2023 of this Court of the deduction of 3 points, until the full and complete payment of the applicant footballer, within a period of 5 working days from the day after the notification of this.
-Accepts the petition of football player Ilias Vrettos against PAE Herodotos. It activates against PAE the penalty imposed by decision No. 52/2023 of this Court of the deduction of 3 points, until the full and complete payment of the applicant footballer, within a period of 5 working days from the day after the notification of this.
– Accepts the application of the association “AO Episkopi 2010” against the PAE OF Ierapetra. Activates at the expense of PAE the penalty imposed by decision No. 81/2023 of this Court of the deduction of 3 points, until the full and complete payment of the applicant, within a period of 5 working days from the day after the notification of this.
-Accepts the petition of football player Apostolos Adamidis against PAE Almopos Aridaia. It imposes on the PAE until full and complete payment of the applicant footballer, the penalty of deducting 3 points from the scoreboard of the league he is competing in, within a period of 5 working days from the day after the notification of this.
-Accepts the petition of football player Theodoros Petrakis against PAE Apollon Larissa. It imposes on PAE until full and complete payment of the applicant footballer, the penalty of deducting 3 points from the scoreboard of the league he is competing in, within a period of 5 working days from the day after the notification of this.”
