“1. 4. In the above cases of paragraphs 1, 2 & 3, if the culprits are a group, the penalties are imposed, depending on the gravity of the offense:

c) team relegation.
5. Any spectator who commits the offenses specified in paragraph 1 of this article, will be punished with a penalty of banning entry to the stadiums for at least five (5) years».
