He saw… stars from West Ham and De Gea’s blunder, Manchester United!

by

“Fire” in the battle for the exit to Champions League put West Ham, prevailing 1-0 of Manchester United in London for the 35th matchday of the Premier League! The Londoners, who were coming off three consecutive defeats, achieved a great “three points” and took huge rating breatherputting, at the same time… burloto to the stars”.

The “red devils”, who lost last match at home to Brighton, remained at 63 points and in 4th place, but now, even with more matches, they feel the hot breath of liverpoolwho has “climbed” 5th and is within a point of her hated rival.

Beaten by United’s … thrashing and Newcastle, who, may beaten by Arsenal, but remained in 3rd place with 65 points, also a game more than Liverpool. Everything shows that we are going for a big battle between the three for two “tickets”.

And yet, the start of the game at the Olympic Stadium in London it looked like… United! In the first two minutes, West Ham pressed, but immediately his team Eric ten Haag took control of the match, looking for a quick goal. After warning, then, with five shots in good conditions, in the 17th minute he saw Rashford’s very strong shot from the corner of the area jolts the beam by Fabianski! And then the unbelievable happened…

THE David De Geawho is having nothing less than the best season of his career, made one mythical blunder, effectively giving the goal – and finally the victory – to West Ham! In the 27th minute in particular, the Benrahma he caught a weak pass outside the area and while it looked like the Spaniard would easily stop the ball, it somehow slipped through his hands and ended up in the back of his own net!

United, from then on, seemed to have lost it, but they were also unlucky, as in the 32nd minute they also saw the Anthony’s long shot to end in beam! West Ham, on the other hand, full of confidence after the goal, almost scored a second goal at 45’+1′, again with Benrahma, but this time De Gea said “no” with a great save. In the very next phase and at the other end, Fabianski denied the goal as well face to face with Eriksen and that’s how the first 45 minutes ended.

In the second, United wanted it but couldn’t, trapped by the home team’s excellent defensive performance. After 60′, in fact, West Ham was the one that stepped on the field better. In the 77th minute, Rashford shot inside the box but Fabianski was there to make it 90’+1′ and great chance by Martialby invincible Fabianski to say “no” again, keeping the big victory for the “hammers”.
