Panachaiki: Penalty of 18 points for debts to six players

Its Football Court of Arbitration EPO punished the team of Achaia with -18 points, with the Patronos having five working days to settle the debts, either by payment or settlement, in order to get the points again.

“The EPO Football Court of Arbitration made the following decisions at its last meeting.

-Accepts the petition of football player Alcibiades Markopouliotis against PAE Panachaki.

Activates against PAE Panachaiki the penalty imposed by the decision no. 51/2023 of this Court of deducting 3 points from the scoreboard of the league in which it participates, until full and complete payment of the applicant footballer, at a rate of 50% : a) the amount of 16,668.74 euros and b) the amount of 300 euros for awarded court costs, plus legal interest, within a period of 5 working days from the day following the notification of this notice.

-Accepts the petition of football player Iosif Lambropoulou against PAE Panachaki.

Activates against PAE Panachaiki the penalty imposed by the decision no. 50/2023 of this Court of deducting 3 points from the scoreboard of the league in which it participates, until full and complete payment of the applicant footballer, at a rate of 50% : a) 50% of the amount of 24,831.18 euros, plus legal interest and b) the amount of 200 euros for the costs of the arbitration procedure payable to the applicant, within a period of 5 working days from the day following the notification of this .

-Accepts the petition of footballer Efthymios Argyropoulos against PAE Panachaki.

Activates against PAE Panachaiki the penalty imposed by the decision no. 82/2023 of this Court of deducting 3 points from the scoreboard of the league in which it participates, until full and complete payment of the applicant footballer, at a rate of 50% : a) the amount of 7,627.87 euros and b) the amount of 200 euros with the legal late payment interest, within a period of 5 working days from the day following the notification of this notice.

-Accepts the petition of the football player Alexandros Apostolopoulos against PAE Panachaki.

Activates against PAE Panachaiki the penalty imposed by the decision no. 60/2023 of this Court of deducting 3 points from the scoreboard of the league in which it participates, until full and complete payment of the applicant footballer, at a rate of 50% : a) the amount of 19,140 euros and b) the amount of 300 euros, with the legal default interest, within a period of 5 working days from the day following the notification of this notice.

-Accepts the petition of football player Dimitrios Anakoglou against PAE Panachaki.

It activates against PAE Panachaiki the penalty imposed by the decision no. 59/2023 of this Court of deducting 3 points from the scoreboard of the league in which it participates, until full and complete payment of the applicant footballer, at a rate of 50% : a) the amount of 19,600 euros and b) the amount of 300 euros as awarded court costs of the applicant, with the statutory default interest, within a period of 5 working days from the day following the notification of this notice.

-Accepts the petition of football player James-Kallikratis Stamopoulos against PAE Panachaki.

Activates against PAE Panachaiki the penalty imposed by the decision no. 61/2023 of this Court of deducting 3 points from the scoreboard of the league in which it participates, until full and complete payment of the applicant footballer, at a rate of 50% : a) the amount of 8,674 euros, plus legal interest and b) the amount of 300 euros as court costs, within a period of 5 working days from the day following the notification of this».
